Downside:

Even though both partners are ambitious Virgo craves the company of her partner but Sagittarius’s drive often marries him to his work. This can cause an ongoing issue leading to big conflicts. An evening alone at home or a movie date could be put off at the drop of a hat if something pops up at work. Sagittarius does not mean to act selfish but Virgo can often interpretate it that way.

Virgo tends to let things build up so may keep things bothering her from Sagittarius who may be too busy to notice anything is wrong.
